Experience
10 - 20 years of experience in Plant Administration & Entire Production Process.
Skills Required
* Implementation of HR Norms and Policies.
* Manpower Planning / Budgeting Recruitment and Selection Process.
* Compliance to Statutory obligations and related Correspondence with Concerned bodies.
* Liaison and Co-Ordination with Directorate of Factories and Directorate of Labour for maintenance and Management of Factory License, Labour License etc.
* Co-Ordination with the Department of E.P.F and E.S.I.C for submission of monthly Returns , Claim Settlement etc.
* Grievance Management and settlement of disputes.
* Handling Labour Union Management including formulation / Implementation of Rules and Regulations.
