A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration
Candidate must have at least two years of experience in selling building materials.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction processes, material applications, and technical specifications.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as persuasive negotiation skills.
Mobility: Strong willingness to conduct field sales within an assigned geographic territory, typically requiring a two-wheeler or personal vehicle.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by networking with builders, contractors, architects, structural engineers, and individual home buyers.
Channel Sales Management: Expand and manage the dealer/distributor network. Drive secondary sales and ensure optimum product display and visibility at retail outlets.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct site visits to assess client needs. Present technical and commercial benefits of products, handle price negotiations, and close deals.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate with internal dispatch and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
Payment Collection: Monitor customer accounts and ensure the timely collection of payments and receivables to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands, and report these insights to management
