- Candidate should have relevant experience in handling Home Appliances Business in the assigned region.
- Regional Sales Managers - Should have a minimum of 6 years of selling experience and 2 years of leadership/ management

• Make technical presentations to customers, perform proper technical and business needs analysis, and suggest proper products.
• Follow up on sales leads and generate your own through telephone and email solicitation.
• Make sales support to local distributors in the area.
• Train distributor sales engineers in company's products
• Attend local trade shows, exhibitions, forums and conferences
• Will be trained in renowned Strategic selling skills, technical knowledge about the product line
• Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
• Help to plan sales campaigns
• Create a sales pipeline
• Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
• Increase sales of the business
• Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
• Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
