- 5 to 15 years in Industrial sales of capital equipment (PAN India) and managing team of Sales and Service Engineers.
- Persons from Air conditioner, compressor, Air handling unit, HVAC, Pump , humidity control, moisture removal, product drying, gas phase filtration, plastics drying and conveying, mould dehumidification, high temperature waste heat recovery, dry rooms and adsorption cooling,etc industries are preferred.
- Knowledge preferred : Thermal Engineering, Industrial market for applied engineering products.
- Key Managerial Skills: "Inspirational Leadership", "Effective Supervision", "Employee Engagement".
- Key Behavioural Skills : Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
