Job Resposibility
A quality control inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for manufacturing companies.
- Reading blueprints and specifications
- Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process
- Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
- Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
- Reporting inspection and testing data
- Develop despatch process and maintain contact with despatch team throughout the day.
- Collaborate with management to modify daily despatch schedule to accommodate the needs of customers.
- Act as a communication liaison through the production & amp; despatch.
- Cultivate strong relationships with production supervisors and despatch team to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
- Monitor any sudden changes in schedule commitment date for timely deliveries.
