** Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using data to predict future consumer behavior, analyze sell-through rates, and forecast trends.
** Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with store managers and negotiate effectively with suppliers.
** Physical & Organizational Abilities: For in-field roles, physical stamina is required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy stock, and travel between store locations.

Job Resposibility
** Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and collaborate with buyers to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
** Store & Shelf Execution: Build and maintain product displays, organize shelves, restock merchandise, and implement planograms in retail stores.
** Sales & Price Analysis: Analyze sales trends, adjust pricing strategies, and plan promotions or markdowns to maximize profitability.
** Vendor & Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms.
** Visual Merchandising: Design attractive in-store layouts and window displays to highlight product features and elevate the brand's aesthetic.
