Experience in any ERP Implementation (Lighthouse, Tally, Marg, ERP-Munim, Focus, SAP, etc.). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes & ERP modules.
Skills Required
* Seeks an ERP Functional with experience in the manufacturing domain.
* Experience in implementing ERP systems like Lighthouse, Tally, Marg, ERP-Munim, Focus, SAP, etc.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
* Knowledge of project implementation lifecycle phases.
* Knowledge of SQL & data modeling
* Proficiency with MS Excel and Office.
* Knowledge of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Job Resposibility
* Implement and configure ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, HR, Manufacturing).
* Conduct gap analysis, document functional designs, and create training materials.
* Provide training on using the ERP system.
* Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with different departments and guide junior team members.
