Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
5+ years of progressive maintenance experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a heavy or light manufacturing environment.
Skills Required
Oversees the upkeep of facility assets, industrial machinery, and production lines.
Lead the shift from reactive to proactive maintenance by implementing and optimizing regular machine checks, servicing, and scheduled shutdowns.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of industrial automation, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Job Resposibility
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Lead the shift from reactive to proactive maintenance by implementing and optimizing regular machine checks, servicing, and scheduled shutdowns.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and mechanics. Foster a motivated workforce and ensure technical training is up to date.
Budget Management: Oversee the maintenance department’s budget, approve parts purchase orders, monitor repair costs, and track spending.
Inventory Control: Forecast and manage the inventory of critical spare parts, components, and maintenance tools to prevent delays.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to local health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), conduct safety inspections, and maintain a hazard-free work floor.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with external service technicians, equipment manufacturers, and contractors for specialized repairs or facility upgrades.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate equipment failures and breakdowns, identifying the root cause to develop corrective actions and prevent recurring issues
