Qualification
B.E / B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Experience
5 - 15 years of experience in Maintenance of HEMM Equipments.
Skills Required
* Strong Technical Background in Maintenance of such Automobile HEMM Equipment
* Excellent Managerial skills.
* Preparation & Implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule.
* Ensure High Quality of Availability of Equipment.
* Timely Action for Breakdown Repair.
* Planning & Execution of Annual Maintenance Contract.
* Fuel consumption analysis.
* Store consumption analysis.
* Prepare/Submit/Follow up various approval documents
* Reconciliation of Budget and Actual Spends, Post Completion Report
* Maintenance of all Project site Safety standards
* Liaising with Govt. or other Senior Executives

Job Resposibility
* HEMM Equipment Maintenance Management
* Preparation & Implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule.
* Ensure High quality of availability of equipment.
* Monitoring autonomous maintenance activity.
* Timely action for breakdown repair.
* Planning & Execution of Annual Maintenance Contract.
* Fuel consumption analysis.
* Store consumption analysis.
* Spare planning and monitor minimum stock level.
* Providing overall guidance throughout the project / operation for engineering, design, procurement, capex control & project management.
* Prepare/submit/follow up various approval documents at corporate and unit level.
* General compliance with the group and unit rules related to the various projects and monitoring.
* Reconciliation of budget and actual spends, post completion report etc.
* Preparation of MIS pertaining to the operation / projects.
* To ensure compliance of all safety standards (i.e. permit to work, lock out tag out, Safety Tool Box talk, etc.) during maintenance and other jobs.
* Planning and execution of project in time with estimation of cost.
* Summon 5S activities at workplace.
* Foster a safe and risk free work environment.
* Liaising with Govt. or other Senior Executives
