● Micro testing of S.G. iron and Grey Iron by using microscope & preparing related report.
● Chemistry analysis by spectrometer.
● Knowledge of SAP HANA
● Maintain all the doc. of ISO/TS related to Melt shop & Lab.
● Spectrometer calibration & standardization.
● Control the chemistry & ladle lining to minimize the rejection in melting.
● Sand testing & control the parameter related to sand properties.
● Test all type of incoming raw material.

Job Resposibility
● Handle the production in Melt shop & Lab Testing.
● Micro testing of S.G. iron and Grey Iron by using microscope & preparing related report.
● Chemistry analysis by spectrometer.
● Operate UTM machine to check mechanical properties of iron.
● Maintain all the doc. of ISO/TS related to Melt shop & Lab.
● Rejection review and control.
● Spectrometer calibration & standardization.
● Defect analysis with our team.
● Communication with all concerned department for any non-conforming report.
● Control man power.
● Control the chemistry & ladle lining to minimize the rejection in melting.
● Sand testing & control the parameter related to sand properties.
● Test all type of incoming raw material.
● Process setup with parameters for new component.
● Preparation of inspection standard, layout audits inspection standard and work instruction.
● 5S, CAPA, FMEA, Control Plan, PFD, PPAP, APQP etc.
● Implementation of 5s, kaizen & continuous improvement related to cost, quality, moral, safety, related processes.
● Responsible for process and product audit of line.
● Product revalidation as per customer requirement.
