* Liaoning with Govt. Departments
* Timely processing compliances under various laws i.e. Factory Act, Contract Labour Act etc.
* Management of Payroll, Attendance & Statutory Compliance
* Renewal of Trade license, labor licenses, fire NOC, Pollution Certificate
* Preparing Annual and Half yearly Factory Return
* Maintaining Industrial Relation and Discipline. Resolving issues of Union office bearers.
* Monitoring Employee Health and Safety
* Monitoring Security and Company Vehicle Movement
* HR MIS
