Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in Business Development of Engineering Equipments in Projects for Steel Industries .
* Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
* At least 5 years of solid Business Development, Key Accounts Management experience with EPC Engineering Projects (Steel & Aerospace)
* Experience in INCO Terms
* Strong Business/Market knowledge in Steel & Aerospace Industry Network with a proven business acquisition track record.
* Proven success in creating and executing EPC Business Development strategy successfully from scratch.
* Liasoning with both national and international customers
* Excellent negotiating and closing skills
* Experience in Tendering, Budgeting, Estimation, Costing and Contract management,

* Develop and Execute new Business Development process in order to get new EPC Engineering Projects.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence for EPC projects and opportunities.
* Work closely with Engineering Pursuit Team to qualify leads and develop business strategies, to win EPC projects./contracts
* Liasoning with both national and international customers
* Work closely with other departments in the Company to ensure the success of business strategy implementation.
* Understand company needs and assist in the development of project solutions addressing these needs and thereby creating opportunities to achieve desired objectives.
* Provide feedback to management based on market information, thereby enabling organization investment decisions to improve the strategic leverage for future projects.
* Develop a good rapport with all leading clients. Empanel with them to get enquiries.
