BE / B. Tech in Mechanical OR Chemical Engineering
Must have around 10-20 years working experience in Industrial Lubricants & Greases products.

* Provide technical support to the frontline sales force, including troubleshooting, new product implementation, process optimization, trial leadership, etc.
* Identify and clearly define customer needs, lead internal collaboration to deliver the best solution.
* Select appropriate products from the portfolio in accordance with business needs and product line strategy.
* Propose products / modifications from the portfolio in accordance with business needs, product line strategy, and specific customer needs.
* Liaison and develop relationship with key strategic OEMs and work on global strategic OEM engagement plan.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and R&D to determine and establish feasibility and total product cost as input for the final offer.
* Develop and deliver presentations to customer and general market on technical / product related subjects including case studies, white papers, in collaboration with Commercial team.
* Understand the competitive landscape and provide input where applicable.
* Utilize the CRM system to manage responsibilities, collaborate, and capture important historical data for sales projects.
* Develop marketing materials, sales tools and case studies.
* Ownership of individual development plan (IDP) as agreed upon with direct line manager.
* Implement and drive and internal value based selling approach through the customer engagement and account management process.
