Experience
10-20 years of experience in Quality Control & Quality Management (Forging, Casting & Machining).
Skills Required
* Qualified Internal auditor IATF 16949 1st party & 2nd party.
* Qualified Internal auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
* To prepare & maintain all documents (Level I, II & III) related to TS 16949: 2016, EHS 14001 and 45001
* To manage plant level Quality management system.
* Responsible for Internal and External audit (ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
* To manage all Customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for TOPS 8D & G 8D.
* Responsible for Customer audits.
* Responsible for New Supplier development & other activities of SQA.
* To manage all PPAP documents Quality related.
* To manage all shift supervisors, inspectors & metrology engineers (Handled 12 nos. of Team members).
* To manage all PDI activity before Despatch.
* To manage all types of NPD related Issue’s (QA & MR Side).
* Responsible for Internal & External Calibration of Measuring Instruments, Gauges & fixture as per I.S.
* To provide Internal trainings as planed topics related to Quality management system.
* To manage APQP for new product development
* Reviewing and identifying the area of obstruction/ quality failures and work on system.
