Qualification
BE (Textile/Mechanical Engineering )
Experience
Minimum 5 years in weaving department.
Skills Required
In-depth technical knowledge of looms. Preferably worked on projectile looms (Sulzer)
Strong administrative control
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to think out of the box and diagnose problems
Age : 35-45 yrs.
Other Criteria : Bengali speaking is preferred.

Job Resposibility
· Responsible for all aspects of the weaving department and to ensure daily production targets are met
· Develop efficient and effective systems at the plant and ensure compliance.
· Enforce quality control processes to ensure adherence to standards.
· Effective cost control of loom consumables
· Manpower allocation and training
· Manage scheduled maintenance programs
