An Accountant provides all the cost information for the mine site. This includes the maintenance of the general ledgers, reviewing payroll records, performing internal audits, providing all financial reports and assists in preparing annual budgets.
Prepares all Mine License/Production Royalty tax workbooks and estimates in support of return preparation. Prepares technical documents to support decision making. Prepares technical reports and documentation, and retains financial records to ensure compliance with industry and operational requirements.
