Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, or Material Science or BSc or MSc (MBA or advanced marketing qualification highly preferred).
Experience
4 – 10+ years in B2B marketing, technical sales, or product management within the specialty chemicals or allied industries.
Skills Required
** Technical Acumen: Ability to understand chemical formulations, product applications, and manufacturing processes.
** Analytical Skills: Strong working knowledge of margin logic, competitive bench marking, and value-based pricing.
** Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex market and technical inputs into clear commercial recommendations and presentations

* Revenue growth and market share expansion in target product lines.
* Margin maintenance and successful implementation of pricing strategies.
* Volume of qualified sales leads generated and converted.

Job Resposibility
** Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory shifts to identify new business opportunities and unmet gaps.
** Product Positioning: Partner with R&D and technical teams to translate complex chemical specifications into strong value propositions for specific industries (e.g., pharma, personal care, industrial, agro chemicals).
** Pricing & Portfolio Management: Monitor margins, value-in-use logic, and competitive bench marking to develop winning, sustainable pricing strategies.
** Sales Enablement: Develop robust marketing collateral, including whitepapers, technical data sheets, and case studies to equip the sales team for deal closures.
** Lead Generation & Campaigns: Execute multi-channel B2B campaigns to generate high-quality sales leads, support customer trials, and onboard new distributors
