Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred: Mechanical/Electrical/Fire & Safety Engineering).
Extensive proven experience (typically 10+ years, with several in a leadership capacity) in business development or sales within the fire safety industry, automotive industry (especially specialized vehicles), or a related engineering/industrial sector.
* Strong knowledge of fire safety & fighting products (fire extinguishers, suppression systems, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers, etc.).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.
* Strategic thinking and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel extensively to client sites, industry events, and trade shows
