BTech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
7+ years of Sales & Marketing experience of Transformers/Switchgear/Compact sub-Station etc. to EPC companies/DISCOMS/UTILITIES /REALITY SECTORS/INDUSTRIES.
Skills Required
* The candidate should have minimum 7+ years of Sales & Marketing proven experience of Transformers / Switchgear / Compact sub-Station etc. to EPC companies / DISCOMS / UTILITIES / REALITY SECTORS / INDUSTRIES.
* Should have front end marketing experience with strong focus on Sales Marketing & Business Development and Customer Relations.
* Familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts for executing the sales & marketing functions, knowledge of concept selling
* Generation & implementation of concepts and ideas and plan on market reach, brand building and sales promotion.
* Track record of strong client relationships and networks in different market segments.
* Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
* Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
* Should have good knowledge on MS office to analyze using spreadsheets & make presentations, preferably any ERP.
* Creative and innovative thinking with fresh approaches.
