Job Resposibility
The CTO will drive company's technology vision, managing the product roadmap, technical operations, and innovation strategies to keep the offerings competitive and scalable. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will influence the tech strategy, ensuring high standards for product quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
● Technology Strategy: Define and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and scales with company’s growth.
● Product Development: Drive the design and architecture of the digital platforms, meeting market demands with sustainable technical solutions.
● Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing tech team focused on innovation and collaboration.
● Operations & Compliance: Oversee secure, cost-effective infrastructure while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Company’s technical vision to investors, board members, and partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
