● The candidate should have Team Player Mentality, eager to work collaboratively with team members across different departments to achieve common goals.
● Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills of the English Language,
● Should have good working knowledge & interest in fashion and experience in e-commerce retail.
● A passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Advanced Excel.
● Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an added advantage

Job Resposibility

● The candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries via email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and other communication channels in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.

● Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is paramount. The candidate will ensure that every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued and satisfied.

● In addition to customer relations, the candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of the brand by assisting with various tasks as needed. This could include but is not limited to, inventory management, social media management, and administrative duties.

● A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in order processing, resolving customer issues, and maintaining brand standards.

● The ability to think critically and find creative solutions to customer concerns or issues is highly valued.
