Job Resposibility

Calling customer database to understand consumer experience, troubleshoot any problems faced and provide information on deals and new product SKUs.

The candidate will be responsible for responding to emails with queries, customer concerns over phone calls, any questions on social media platforms as well as calling customer to understand their experience using the product and encourage them to repurchase.
